Feel of yesteryear farmhouse in Chantelle

Statuesque with the turn-of-the-century traditional farmhouse look, the Chantelle (G24-405-THP67) has 2,064 square feet of living space. Windows line the face of the home with a covered front porch accent. To add character to the garage, a cupola with a weathervane mounted on the top appears on the roof like a chimney.

The entryway into this unique home is wide with the stairs to the second floor and the basement in an L-shape and a coat closet tucked in the L. The trey-ceiled dining room is to the right through a doorway. On the left is a guest room/den. It has double wall closets in the rear of the room, and two windows that face the front. Adjacent to this room is a half-bath.

The left rear of the Chantelle is the family room with the accent of the trey ceiling. A large fireplace is centered in the rear, with sliding glass doors adjacent. Separated from the family room by a door is the kitchen. The C-shape of the room gives an open look while a center island provides the perfect location for the eating bar.

With easy access to the two-car garage, the utility room has extra space for a freezer. Just outside the door is a storage closet that could easily be converted into a pantry. Across the hall is another half-bath.

The second floor is made up of three bedrooms, two baths, and a sitting room. The two bedrooms are very similar to each other; both have long wall closets and double windows. The sitting room can be converted into a fourth bedroom if needed, by adding a closet adjacent to bedroom three and a door. A full bath with a tub is convenient to all rooms,

The master suite takes up the entire left side of the second floor. The ceiling is vaulted and has large windows to provide the room with sunlight. The master bath has "his and her" sinks, a shower, an oversized spa tub, with a large walk-in closet behind a pocket door.
