Brent elegant and spacious

Retiring is one of life's great joys and having a vacation home that is spacious and elegant is a great bonus. The Brent (408-19) would be ideal to take advantage of the view of the mountains as well as at the ocean. It has large windows in the front and rear, as well as a wrap-around deck for enjoying the sunsets. The Brent has a total living area of 1,594 square feet with a detached two-car garage with an optional attic overhead.

The entry into the Brent is on the right side across the deck. The stairs to the second level are on the right with the open vaulted living/dining room spread out in front. There are three large windows surrounding the living/dining room while two sets of sliding glass doors are located in the front, one on each side of the large window.

Separated from the open living/dining room is a well-organized kitchen. It has a corner pantry, as well as the washer and dryer behind folding doors. A door opens off this area onto a small porch for access to the yard beyond.

The rear of the Brent's main floor is solely dedicated to the master suite. It has a large suite area with big windows. In the right corner is a huge walk-in closet with a shoe rack. The master bath is uniquely designed for use by the suite as well as guests. It has the tub and sink on the suite side, with a door leading into the stool and sink area. Another door opens into the hall for guests. Two linen closets are also located here, one inside the suite and one outside.

The second floor contains two large bedrooms with a full bath. Each bedroom has a wall closet with a door going into long narrow attic recesses. The bath contains a tub, single sink, and a large linen closet. For convenience in doing the laundry, a chute is located in the hall that drops the dirty laundry directly into the washer/dryer area below.
