Boysenberry gives more bang for the buck

If yours is a family that is searching for a floor plan that will give you more for your building dollar, the Boysenberry (404-44) might just fit the bill. Economical to build and maintain, this three-bedroom home combines excellent use of the available space with an easy flow of movement throughout the entire floor design.

A covered walk leads to a recessed entry that welcomes visitors into this contemporary home. The sleeping areas are all concentrated on the left side of the home. Two identical bedrooms face the front. They are close enough to the master suite for concerned parents to easily check on younger children. For a young family, perhaps one of these bedrooms can be made into a nursery and the other into a sewing room, musical study, or a small home office. The choice is yours.

Immediately to the right of the entry is the kitchen. It has all the qualities that a conscientious host would consider essential. Meals may be prepared and served with the cook of the household not having to miss out on any of the fun. The kitchen features a full range of built-in appliances. The dining area and living room are open, providing ample room for entertaining.

The walk-through utility makes the 505 square foot, two-car garage, accessible from inside the home.

For a study plan of the BOYSENBERRY (404-44), send $15, to Landmark Designs, 33127 Saginaw Rd. E., Cottage Grove, OR 97424 or call 1-800-562-1151. Be sure to specify plan name and number. Compact disks with search functions are free of charge, to help you search our portfolio for your dream home ($5 shipping and handling will apply). Or you may order or search online at www.ldiplans.com. Save 15 percent on construction plans using the code THP67 online, mailing, or calling 1-800-562-1151.
