Andrea Lynne's setup perfect for families

The Andrea Lynne (405-25) is perfectly designed for the family with young children that need to be close to their parents at night. The sleeping area for the entire family is located at the rear of this 1,526 square foot home with the master suite in the middle.

The master suite has a large walk-in closet that can be closed off from the rest of the room by a pocket door. There is a counter containing 'his' and 'her' sinks. This area is separate from the tub and toilet area. Next to the master bath is the other bathroom for the rest of the home. It also has a tub, sink, and toilet.

The two bedrooms, one on each side of the master suite, have wall closets. The utility room with the washer and dryer are located beside the bedrooms to make laundry easier. There is also a door off the utility room to the garage.

The living room and the dining room are completely open, leaving the area to the imagination of the owners. It could be a great room, a family room, or any combinations. This large room comes with vaulted ceilings. It has a fireplace designed into the wall with windows on either side. There are patio doors opening out onto a circular patio area.

Storage is vital with young children. In order to help with this problem, a large storage closet has been located in the hall on the wall next to the pantry. The door to the pantry is around the corner in the kitchen area. The kitchen has been set up built-in appliances and plenty of counter space.

On the front of the house, with numerous windows overlooking the front yard is the breakfast nook. It has skylights for added lighting. It is an area that welcomes the morning person looking for that first hot cup of coffee.

The garage is a three-car unit, deep enough to have a workbench in the rear or down the side. Storage of bikes, tricycles, toys, and sports equipment is easily handled when there is this much area.
