Spacious Aldine has many features

Brick with accent quoins on the corners, a pillared porch and an angled two-car garage provide the eye-catching appeal for the Aldine (500-20). This home has 1,776 square feet on the main floor and 1,826 square feet in the basement.

Entering into the Aldine brings the great room into full vision. To the right of the front door is the master suite. It has "his and her" walk-in closets with a full bath containing dual sinks and a tub. A private linen closet has been added for convenience. Stairs to the basement are just outside the master suite door.

The great room is enormous and very open. In the front corner is a fireplace with a beautiful brick hearth area and built-in shelves on each side. A door opens onto the deck to the side at the end of the fireplace. Three large windows across the rear of this area bath the room with extra light.

In the left front corner is a large kitchen with a corner walk-in pantry. Long counters and cabinets line the kitchen. A dual sink faces the great room dining area with an eating bar on the opposite side of the counter. There is also a door opening out to this side of the yard.

The utility room is between the garage and the kitchen, making the unloading and the putting away of groceries easier. This room is for the freezer and for storage. Beyond to the left are two bedrooms with an adjacent full bath.

Downstairs in the base is a large family room with another fireplace and a window well for extra light. Adjacent to the family room is an office, also containing a window well. Opposite the office is a full bath with a tub and a linen closet. Adjacent is the laundry room with the washer and dryer, a sink, folding counter, storage cabinets, and a drying rod.
