The Yankton (G20-156) is very traditional in style, and is accented by large paned windows. The chimney is enclosed with wood rather than with brick. A small covered porch protects the front door. This home has 1,359 square feet of living area with an unfinished basement of the same square footage.

Once inside the home, beyond the entry, is the large living room. This room has a 10-foot ceiling with the fireplace in the front. Two windows flank the fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is the master suite. It has a large suite area with a window seat in the front. The master bath has a tub and dual sinks. A corner walk-in closet provides a large area for clothes.

There are two bedrooms in the rear. Each has a wall closet and two windows. Bedroom three can be converted to a den. An optional door or French doors can be put in that face the living room.

Adjacent to bedroom three is the dining room. It has a decor ceiling with a large bay window area. The kitchen is in the rear of the home with an eating bar facing the dining room. It has the dishwasher, sink, and the range over on one wall. On the opposite wall are a pantry and the refrigerator. Beyond the kitchen is the utility room with a washer and dryer and a storage closet. A door to the two-car garage is off this area also.

There is a staircase to the unfinished basement just off the living room. If a basement were not needed, this would make an ideal area to put a large walk-in pantry or storage closet.
