At 1,360 square feet, the Winter Woods (D8091) is an ideal home for newlyweds or for empty nesters. The rooflines are varied to give the home a unique look, and the eaves have been extended to provide eye appeal from the street. The use of brick and wood also enhance the home.

Crossing the covered, shelter porch brings one to the front door, which is protected by the porch from weather. The foyer has a coat closet on the left and faces the enormous great room. A large fireplace is on the rear wall with windows on each side. This room also has 10-foot ceilings to add to the overall feel or openness.

The kitchen and nook are on the right rear of the Winter Woods. The kitchen counters are in the front corner with an eating bar towards the nook. Large windows across the back of the nook bring the sunlight in as well as giving a great view of the backyard. On the wall of the basement stairs is a pantry and the refrigerator.
