Wave Crest perfect vacation home

Looking for a narrow home for a sloping lot? The Wave Crest (G24-319) has three levels, each making the home large. The total living space for the Wave Crest is 1,710 square feet. It has a large deck around the front of the first floor, with a balcony deck off the master suite. Clerestory windows bathe the loft in light and add a nice look to the facade of the home.

Stairs on the left side of the deck provides entry into the Wave Crest. The front door opens directly into the living room with the stairs on the right. Large windows across the face of the living room make the area bright and inviting. A circular fireplace separates the living and dining rooms.

The left rear of the first floor is the kitchen. There is a door to the backyard adjacent to the kitchen. The "C" shaped counters have an eating bar facing the dining room. Dual sinks, the range and oven, along with the refrigerator and a broom closet completes the kitchen space.

There is a large full bathroom behind the second bedroom. It has a tub and a linen closet. There is also a linen closet in hall outside the second bedroom. This room has a long wall closet and door that opens onto the front deck, ideal for guests to use.

Upstairs is the master suite and a loft bedroom. The master suite has a door opening onto the deck as well as into the hall. There is a corner walk-in closet and full bath with a shower and separate tub. The loft has the overlooking windows that bathe the room in light. A railing acts as a wall between the area below and the loft. It has a long wall closet and another window on the rear wall.

The lower floor houses the garage and large recreation room. The garage has a covered area in front (similar to a carport) and has a door that opens into the backyard. The recreation room has a corner spa and a wet bar across the back of the room. There is also a door that opens from outside to the stairs and from the stairs to the recreation room. In a room tucked away behind are the washer and dryer and the furnace and water heater. This room could be also used for a half bath, if needed.

The Wave Crest would be an ideal vacation home with its many amenities and extra bedrooms.
