Starter or vacation, Tyndal would fit either

The Tyndal (G34-029) is a quaint, cottage-styled home that would be ideal as a vacation, retirement, or starter home. It has 1,686 square feet of open living area with an optional unfinished basement. The beautifully angled windows and the covered porch provide a unique facade that welcomes one's guests. The garage has an overhanging roof that is functional as well as decorative. The wood and rock on the exterior further adds to the eye appeal from the street.

The entry of the Tyndal acts as a foyer. There is the dining room to the right with a decor ceiling and a number of windows to it are bright and inviting. To the left, hidden behind a wall, is the nook and kitchen. A built-in desk and pantry runs along the staircase wall. The "C" shaped kitchen faces the front the home and is very open. A door opens into the two-car garage as well as one into the utility.

The center of this fascinating home is dedicated to a long vaulted living room with a fireplace on the rear wall surrounded by windows and a door. On the right side of this spacious room is the master suite. As in the dining room, the master suite also has a decor ceiling. Sliding doors at the rear of the master suite provides access to the rear deck. A large skylight between the walk-in closet and private shower/toilet area brightens the master bath. "His and Her" sinks are in the center and accessible when the shower is in use.

On the left side of the Tyndal are two other bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub. Bedroom two is the larger of the two bedrooms with a corner walk-in closet. It has a large set of windows facing the backyard. Bedroom three has a long wall closet and also has large windows on the side.

This home is so versatile, depending on the needs of the homeowner. For example, if one is retired, bedroom three could be converted into a project/craft/sewing room while Bedroom two could be the guest suite.
