Features of Tiffany make it a nice starter home

The Tiffany (409-58) is an attractive two-story starter home. The various levels of the rooflines act as accents for the facade. Some of the windows have shutters for decoration. The one-car garage with its separate roof and the covered porch with a gable type roof allow one to focus to the entry of the Tiffany.

Tiffany has 1,252 square feet of open living. Upon entering, the spacious living/dining room unfolds. A large window seat in the front of the living room makes a great spot to sit on those rainy days to read a book. Stairs to the second floor are adjacent to the front door.

The dining room is a nice size and has sliding doors that open onto a patio. The kitchen has a unique layout. The walk-in pantry is under the stairs, while the refrigerator and range and oven on a sidewall. An eating bar faces the dining room on the other side of the stove. On the rear wall is the dishwasher and a double sink with a window looking out over the backyard.

Running across the rear of the garage to the right of the kitchen is an elongated utility room. It has the washer/dryer along with a sink and counter space for folding clothes. The water heater is located in this room as is a door to the garage.

On the left side of the home is the master suite. It has a large main suite area as well a good-sized walk-in closet in the corner. The bathroom is accessible from both the master suite by the use of a pocket door as well as accessible through a regular door by the main part of the home.

Upstairs are two bedrooms. Bedroom two is the smaller of the two and is ideal for the younger child of the family. Bedroom three is very large and could be used by a teenager or could actually be used as a family or game room, or even a guest room. The full bath with a tub and single sink is at the end of the hall. The linen closet for the upstairs bedrooms is in the bathroom.

This home has an abundance of open space and the rooms are large enough to be comfortable. It is small enough in dimensions to fit on most lots that are available in today's market.
