Sheepwalk would be great in any setting

This beautiful cabin-type home would look great in any setting. The Sheepwalk (408-43) has an openness that would be wonderful for a skiing home or a vacation home at the beach. It would also be a pet lovers' ideal home. It has a gorgeous facade of windows, porches, and roofline.

Entry into the Sheepwalk is off the carport in the rear and opens into the kitchen. The corner kitchen has an island with the range and a raised counter. A pantry is to the right of the entry.

The utility room has a long folding table and drying rod, as well has a half bath. Then comes the surprise. The mudroom next door has a water heater in the floor, a gigantic shower, a sink with a counter, and a bench. This home was originally designed for a sheep farm, which needed this area to bring in lambs to be washed and warmed. It would, however, be great if one had dogs that come in muddy. The shower and floor drain would make keeping them clean easy. This area would also be great if one comes in from outside after swimming in the ocean or skiing all day.

The front of the cabin is a large vaulted living room. A sweeping angular staircase divides the rooms. On the first landing is a bench. Upstairs in the attic is a large loft with two low storage rooms, a full bath with twin sinks and a Jacuzzi tub. The loft opens onto a beautiful deck in the rear.

The basement has multi-purposes. First of all, there is a one-car garage on the side. Beside the garage is a storage room with a door leading into the unfinished basement. The unfinished basement also has a door that opens in the front onto a patio and a staircase going into the main part of the home. The back of the basement area is all crawl space.

This is a home that is versatile, fun, and useful. Not all homes can have these features. This would be a great home to retire into, or as mentioned before, it would be a great vacation home.
