Russell ideal for beginnings or ends

Looking for the ideal retirement home or starter home? The Russell (406-71) would meet this requirement with ease with its 1,486 square feet. It has a contemporary look about it with a large side entrance two-car garage. The outside has a combination of wood and stucco, giving it a unique look.

A covered porch protects the entry to this home. Inside there is a large closet next to the door. On the right side is the master suite. It has windows facing the front yard and door in the rear opening onto a deck. There is a corner walk-in closet with dual sinks adjacent. On the other corner, tucked behind a pocket door is the tub and lavatory.

The center rear in the Russell is one large great room. There is a large bay section in the center with two large windows. In the right corner are a fireplace and a door to the deck. On the left is the kitchen/dining room. A walk-in pantry sits independently along beside the kitchen. An eating bar across the counter facing the dining area is ideal for eating breakfast or for entertaining guests.

Next to the kitchen is the second bedroom/guest room. This has a long wall closet with a huge window overlooking the backyard. A linen closet is just outside the door. A full bath is adjacent to this room.

The utility room extends out into the garage and contains the washer/dryer as well as a folding counter. A door from the utility opens into the garage and provides access to the workshop.
