Open living in Rivermist would fit any location

Beautiful window layout and the numerous rooflines give the Rivermist (G24-610) a very unique facade. It has the look of a formal ranch with shutters on the windows, half moon accent on the dormer, and lights on each side of the garage door. It is a very attractive home that has 1,785 square feet of living area in the two-stories and an unfinished basement of 891 square feet that can be used at a later time for more living space.

Entering the Rivermist brings guests directly into the great room. It has a fireplace on the left side and the beautiful designer windows in the front. To the rear is the dining room that can be accessed through the great room or down a hall from the entry. Corner windows bathe the dining room with light and make it a great place to sit for having morning coffee and reading the paper.

The kitchen occupies the center rear of the Rivermist. It has an "L" shaped counter area with an island in the middle. The eating bar is located in the island. A door to the backyard is between the kitchen and the dining room.

Around a corner from the kitchen is the utility room with a walk-in storage area that could be used as the pantry along with the built-in pantry on the rear wall. A half bath is also in this area. The door to the two-car garage is at the end of the hall.

Upstairs are all the bedrooms. The master suite is in the right front corner. French doors open into the main suite, which has a large window in the front. The master bath with an oversized tub is adjacent to the walk-in closet.

Bedrooms two and three face the rear of the home with a full bath between. Each bedroom has a large wall closet and large window. A huge linen closet is in the hall to supply bedding and towels to all three bedrooms. Part of the area is open to below with a half wall in the hall area. This allows a view of the great room from upstairs.

The Rivermist with its beautiful lines and open living would be great in any type of setting. It would compliment any neighborhood and be quite livable for a family with children.
