Contemporary Pebble is eye-appealing

The Pebble (500-21) is a very contemporary home with numerous windows and matching rooflines. It has a good eye appeal from the street and has a large covered porch that protects the face of the home. It has 1,777 square feet of living area with an unfinished basement of 1,707 square feet.

Guests face the great room as they enter the Pebble. To the left of the entry is the master suite and to the right is an open dining room. The dining room has a large window that overlooks the front yard. It is open to the rear of the home allowing easy access from the kitchen. The kitchen is set up as two parallel counters. The dishwasher and dual sinks are on the left counter, with a half wall. The range and oven and the refrigerator are on the right wall. There is a huge skylight down the center of the two counters for extra sunlight.

A nook is adjacent to the great room enhancing the area even more. In the center rear of the nook is a large window, looking out over the backyard. The great room has a large bay window with sliding doors in the center that open onto the rear deck. The entire great room is soaked in light from all the large windows that surround the area.

The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the home. The master suite is on the left side with the front windows overlooking the street. The master bath has a tub and single sink with a walk-in closet adjacent.

Bedrooms two and three are on the right side of the Pebble, each with a wall closet and a good-sized window. Adjacent to bedroom two is a full bath with a tub and extra storage area. Two linen closets are in the hall, convenient to the bedrooms. A built-in shelf is also in this area. At the end of the hall is the utility room. It has a broom closet on the outside and a large storage closet inside. A door to the two-car garage is located between the closet and the washer and dryer.
