Special features make Paradise one of a kind

This beautifully elaborate home has so many extra features; it is hard to know which one to look at first. The Paradise (409-54) has the shape of a "C" with a private courtyard in the front. It has a beautiful bay window on the left and a turret room on the right. Brick has been used for accent and numerous windows bathe inside of this home with light.

Passing through the privacy gate to the front door brings guests double doors and into the open living-dining room. The tiled entryway is carried on to form the hearth for the wood stove. Dining and living rooms are both vaulted and have five large windows facing the backyard.

A den opens off the living room and access to the master suite is at the rear of this room. There are French doors opening to the yard on the side of the suite. The master bath is behind the walk-in closet and has a large shower and an oversized tub. Above the master suite is the view room. The ceilings are vaulted and the room is 6-sided with windows all around.

On the left side of the dining room is a large kitchen with an eating bar. A walk-in pantry is across the walkway. Down the left side is an open family room with French doors opening onto a deck.

A second bedroom is off the family room and has a bath with a shower across from it as well as the utility room. In the front of the home is a guest room with its own private bath as well a large walk-in closet. There are French doors opening onto a porch area behind the privacy fence.

This particular home actually has two two-car garages. The one on the upper level faces the street while the second garage is underneath the family room and is entered from the rear of the home.

The Paradise is so unique in many ways. It has 2,968 square feet of living space and a total of 1,074 square feet of garage area. The angular shape adds curb appeal and the turret viewing room becomes a focal point as one approaches this wonderful home.
