Minuet might fit just anywhere

The Minuet (G24-705) matches its name perfectly. It is a three-story home that would fit on a hillside lot, an ocean front property, or even in the hills that had a view to overlook. A difference in this home and most other homes is that there is no garage attached to the home itself.

Entry into the Minuet is from a covered porch. A guest would come directly into the great room with stairs to the other floors on the right. The great room has a fireplace centered in the left sidewall and two sets of French doors, one on each side. A railed deck that acts as the cover for the lower patio is beyond.

The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen which is in the rear. It has an eating bar between the dining room and the kitchen. A large amount of counter space shaped as a "C" makes this open area easily accessible for the cook of the family. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility as well as a closet and a linen closet. Beyond the full bath with a tub are two bedrooms, one with a wall closet and one with a walk-in closet.

Upstairs is the master suite and a loft, which could act either as another bedroom or the sitting room or den for the master suite. A door from here opens onto a covered side deck. The master suite has two large storage areas on each side of the main suite and two walk-in closets. The luxurious bath contains an oversized corner shower, "his and her" sinks, a linen closet, and most importantly, a corner spa tub to soak away the day's worries.

The basement area has an optional recreation room with the same type of fireplace and French doors as the main floor has. It also has a fully equipped wet bar. This is great for family gatherings or for those ball game parties. A large storage closet is located under the stairwell as well as a regular closet adjacent to the stairs. The right side of the basement is unfinished. It has many possibilities, such as extra bedrooms, a sewing room, a computer room, or just a "catch all."
