Facade makes Julianne spectacular

Tall windows with half moons above add to the spectacular facade of the modern farmhouse style of the Julianne (409-31). Windows in the end of the garage give the appearance of more rooms rather than the traditional look of a two-car garage. With the overall dimensions of the Julianne being 68 feet by 60 feet, it is ideal for a corner lot, especially with the side entrance garage.

Crossing a covered porch with railings, one enters this great home through double doors into a vaulted entry. To the right of the entry is an office with storage in the end and also a door opening into the dining area where a half bath is tucked away. Curved across the face of the office is the stairs to the second floor.

On the left side of the entry is the master suite with a large window seat as well as an open master bath. There is an oversized tub and shower, 'his and her' sinks, a private stall area, and a door that opens onto the deck in the rear. Off this area is a huge walk-in closet.

The living room is vaulted and very open with a gas fireplace in the front corner next to the dining room. Large windows overlook the rear deck by the master suite. The dining room has sliding glass door that open onto yet another deck. The adjacent kitchen has all the wonderful amenities such as raised dishwasher, corner pantry, and an island with the range. Passing through a storage area with a private desk brings one to the utility room.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. Bedroom two has a window seat and a long wall closet. The other two bedrooms each have a large window for light and long wall closets. There is a plenty of storage closets as well as a linen closet in this area. Also available is an unfinished attic that could be turned into more rooms or a playroom for kids.
