Huntersville facade makes it one of a kind

Rock and stucco with shuttered windows for accents, and columns on the porch make an enchanting facade for the Huntersville (D8511). There are a number of rooflines as well as many decorative touches that make this home unique. Visitors will want to enter to see if the home continues to pique the interest on the inside as it does on the outside.

The entry faces the family room, with the dining room on the right and the den/living room on the left. The den is separated from the open foyer by beautiful French doors. The dining area is open with a path to the kitchen through the hearth room.

Located between the family room and the hearth room is a two-way fireplace, open to both rooms. Hence the reason for a hearth room. Behind the hearth room is a half bath with the utility opposite. The long kitchen runs towards the rear of the home. It has a corner pantry, long counters, and a cook island in the center. A nook is situated opposite the hearth room and has a door that opens to the backyard.

The large family room is very open with three large windows facing the rear. Adjacent to the fireplace is an entertainment center. Stairs to the second floor as well as the basement are located between the family room and the den/living room.

The entire second floor is dedicated to bedrooms. There are three bedrooms, all a nice size, with wall closets and large windows. A full bath with dual sinks is located between bedrooms three and four.

The master suite is in the rear, with a 9-foot coffered ceiling. It has two large walk-in "his and her" closets. Beyond these is a large bathroom with spa tub, shower, dual sinks, and a private toilet area.

The Huntersville is ideal for a large family. The spaciousness and openness of the living areas provide a family with plenty of area for privacy and also for togetherness.
