Hudson a match for corner lot

The Hudson (D6727) is ideal for a corner lot that is narrow and deep. It is 35-feet wide and 66-feet deep with a rear entry garage. The home has clean contemporary lines with three different rooflines and a covered porch with railings and accent posts.

The entry of the Hudson brings one's guest directly into the great room. This is a long, narrow room with a fireplace on the right wall and the nook and kitchen beyond. Stairs to the unfinished basement are on the left side of the great room. Should a basement not be needed, this would add a considerable amount of space to the great room.

The nook has two large windows on the right side, which could, if desired, be converted into patio doors opening onto a deck. The kitchen is in the rear corner with an eating bar facing the nook. Between the kitchen and the master suite is the utility room. A door opens into the two-car garage from this area also.

Bedrooms line the left side of the Hudson. Bedroom two is the larger of the two and it has a built-in desk with a wall closet. Windows face the front, overlooking the covered porch. Bedroom three also has a built-in desk and wall closet. A full bathroom is across the hall from the two bedrooms.

The master suite has 10-foot ceilings and two large windows to allow the sunlight to shine into the room. The master bath has a single sink and a tub, as well as the walk-in closet.

While the Hudson is only 1,337 square feet, it would be ideal for first-time homeowners or for the empty nesters looking for the smaller, open home.
