Hopewell's windows bathe it in light

A traditional two-story ranch home with many windows and a wrap-around porch describes the Hopewell (D6705). It has a two-car garage and special options of an unfinished basement of 846 square feet and an unfinished storage area of 274 square feet. The many windows not only enhance the exterior of the Hopewell, but they bathe the rooms in light.

Entry of the Hopewell is directly into the great room. The entire front of the home is open with a bay window facing the street, a fireplace on the left side and a bonus area of a 3-season porch to right through French doors. A straight staircase leading up to the second floor and to the unfinished basement divides the great room from the kitchen and dining room.

A corner pantry and closet are at the end of the dining room, which is surrounded by windows. There is a door that opens out to the back yard. The kitchen is "C" shaped with an eating bar facing the dining area. A double sink with a large window faces the rear. A smaller secondary pantry is across from the main counters, along with the refrigerator and a storage closet.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and an unfinished storage area. The two bedrooms in the front have two large windows to provide great lighting as well as a long wall closet for clothes. Because all the bedrooms are upstairs, this unique home has the washer and dryer upstairs.

The master suite has a large main suite area. The master bathroom has a shower as well as a spa tub and "his and her" sinks. There is a huge walk-in closet to the side of the bathroom as well.

The unfinished storage area could be used for many purposes. It could be a playroom for the kids if it were finished or a spare bedroom, or even possibly the family computer room.
