Hicks 2 has definite curb appeal

Street appeal of the Hicks 2 (406-68) is enormous. It has a special roofline, a tall gable accented with a half moon window, and a railed porch. The home is a great size to be a starter home or an empty nester home.

Entry has the vaulted master suite on the right and a vaulted parlor on the left through an archway. The room has one large window facing the front yard and could be a den or a formal living room or whatever was needed.

The master suite is large with bayed windows in the front. There is a large walk-in closet next to the door and the master bath with a tub and dual sinks is adjacent to the closet. By putting these side-by-side, the main suite area is large and open.

A dining room is situated between the master suite and the kitchen. It is also vaulted and has a big window on the side to bathe the room with light. The kitchen is "C" shaped with a window facing the backyard. The nook has three windows that are in a bay shape that provides a great view of the backyard.

Between the dining room and the family room is a walk-in pantry, coat closet, and the fireplace facing the family room. Over the pantry area is a plant shelf or a shelf that could be used to display plates or anything of interest to the family. The family room is open and vaulted, again with a large window overlooking the backyard. There is door that opens onto a deck, ideal for those evening meals or picnics.

The left side of the Hicks 2 has two bedrooms, a full bath, and the utility room. Bedroom two is wide and has a long wall closet and a great window in the rear. Bedroom three is narrow and has a large window overlooking the front yard. The bath with a tub and dual sinks is located adjacent to both bedrooms. A linen closet is in the hall, next to the utility room.

The garage can be accessed through the utility room and has a long workbench. Optional attic access is available if needed. Also available is a long RV parking slab.
