Burton Place fits city or country

The classic farmhouse look of the Burton Place (D8030) would work well in both the city and rural settings. It has a large dormer as well as an abbreviated wrap-around porch that enhances the eye appeal of this four-bedroom home.

The entry of the Burton Place is open and has a large closet on the left and a formal dining area on the right. Large windows bathe the room with light. Stairs to the second floor and the unfinished 925 square foot basement separate the entry from the large family room.

The family room is very spacious and open to the kitchen area with the exception of a petition in the center that separates the rooms.

The nook has a patio door in the center of the bay windows. This is ideal for those barbecues in the backyard on the lazy afternoons. Bedrooms three and four both have wall closets and large windows in the end of the room. Between bedroom four and the master suite is another bathroom with a single sink and tub.
