Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 can artichoke hearts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach, chopped and thawed















Directions: Preheat oven to 325°F. Drain artichokes and chop in a food processor. Mix artichokes with mayonnaise and cheese. Stir in lemon juice and spinach. Season with black pepper. Transfer to a baking dish or quiche pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 325°F. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
