Veggie Wedgies

Ingredients:
2 packages crescent rolls
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
1 (10 oz.) package Ranch salad dressing mix
5 cups fresh veggies of choice, chopped
















Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange crescent rolls to make crust on jelly roll or sheet cake pan. Prick well with fork and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. Cream salad dressing mix and cream cheese. Add mayonnaise. Blend to frosting-like consistency. Spread over cooled crust. Add fresh vegetables. Top with tomato and Cheddar cheese.
