Crab Appetizers

Ingredients:
1 stick butter, softened
1 (small) jar Old English cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 can crabmeat, drained and de-boned
6 English muffins













Directions: Mix butter, cheese, mayonnaise and spices. Add crabmeat. Spread on split muffin halves. Fast freeze on cookie sheet, in freezer, for 3 to 5 minutes. Cut each muffin half into 4 to 6 wedges. Broil 5 minutes and serve. Put in freezer bags and freeze for up to 3 months.
