Cheese Logs

Ingredients:
1 lb. processed American cheese spread
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can green chiles, chopped
1/3 cup pecans, chopped















Directions: Roll processed American cheese spread between 2 pieces of wax paper until about 1/8 inch thick. Spread soft cream cheese over cheese slab. Mix together the onion soup mix, green chiles and pecans. Spread over the cream cheese. Cut the slab down the center. Roll each half into a log. Refrigerate overnight. Spread on crackers.
