1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour, sifted
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 ( 3 oz. ) packages vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
1 ( 8 oz. ) package cream cheese, softened
1 container whipped topping
Directions: Puff pastry: Heat water and shortening in sauce pan until boiling. Pour the flour and salt into the hot mixture. Beat thoroughly, stir and cook over low heat until mixture forms a stiff ball. Remove from heat and add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each egg is added (by hand). Spread on 11x15 inch cookie sheet greased. Bake at 400°F 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, milk and pudding until smooth. Spread over cooled puff.
Topping: Spread with whipped topping. Drizzle with chocolate. Refrigerate until serving.
