4 1/2 to 5 1/2 cups flour
2 packages yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 to 3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions: Measure 2 cups flour into a bowl, add dry yeast, sugar and salt, mix. Put milk in a saucepan and heat until warm, add oil. Add liquids to the flour mixture and stir until combined, add eggs. Work in about 2 1/2 cups of the flour. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic. Place dough in an oiled bowl, turning to oil all surfaces. Cover, let rise about 1 1/2 hours or until double in size. Form into walnut size balls. Mix butter, sugar, cinnamon and walnuts together. Roll dough balls in mixture and put in a greased bundt pan, let rise 45 minutes. Bake about 40 minutes in a 350°F oven. Invert and turn out immediately on serving plate.
