Sunflower Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal, quick cooking
1 cup boiling water
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup warm water
1 package yeast
3 1/2 cups flour











Directions: Cook oatmeal in boiling water for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add honey, salt, margarine and sunflower seeds. Cool to lukewarm. Put yeast in warm water and let it get foamy, then add first mixture and mix well. Stir in 3 cups of flour. Turn out onto a floured board and knead for about 10 minutes. Form into a ball and put in a greased bowl, greasing top. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and form into 2 loaves and place in greased 8X4X2 inch bread pans. Let rise for 30 minutes and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
