Prune Pudding or Dried Plum Pudding

Ingredients:
1 cup prunes, chopped/cooked
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup nuts, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon butter
5 (small) butter crackers, rolled fine
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt











Directions: Mix all ingredients, pour into an 8x8 inch buttered baking dish. Set in larger pan of hot water and soak until firm. Bake about 20 minutes at 350°F. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
