Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combo or frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
1 package peas
1/3 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar pimentos, drained
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded and divided
1 can French onions, divided

Directions: In a large bowl, combine vegetables, peas, sour cream, mushroom soup, pimentos and black pepper. Add cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into a 9x13 inch casserole dish, bake covered in 350°F oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across the top. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
