Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:
2 packages yeast
2 cups lukewarm water
4 cups flour
2 cups potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup lard or shortening, melted
1 cup sugar
6 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
5 eggs, slightly beaten











Directions: Mix yeast, water and flour together lightly. Let stand 1 hour.Add potatoes, shortening, sugar, flour, salt and eggs. Let stand for 2 hours. Shape, then let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
