Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 gallons fresh, clean snow

Directions: Whip cream, fold in sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir with snow until it has the consistency of ice cream. Eat immediately or pack in snow bank to let it chill until ice cream has hardened.
Notes: As children, we always looked forward to the first Oklahoma snow to make this ice cream.
