Ingredients:
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Directions: Mix all ingredients together and roll out into 2 to 3 rolls on waxed paper. Cover with chili powder. Let chill for 24 hours. Serves with crackers.
