Hot Crab Dip
Chef:  Merrill Powers - Spearville, KS          Category:  Appetizers

Ingredients:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1/2 cup crab meat
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup slivered almonds












Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except almonds. Spoon into small casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes. Top with almonds. Serve with a selection of crackers.

Notes: I serve this in the dish I bake it in and set it on a platter with the crackers arranged around it.
