1 stick margarine
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
2 sticks margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
3 or 4 bananas
1 (medium) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
1 (large) container whipped topping
1/2 cup nuts
Directions: Mix together 1 stick margarine, graham cracker crumbs and sugar, spread into 9x13 inch pan. Press firmly. Beat eggs, 2 sticks margarine and powdered sugar with mixer 10 to 15 minutes. Spread over crust. Cover with sliced bananas. On top of bananas, spread drained pineapple. Next, spread whipped topping then sprinkle cherries and chopped nuts.
Notes: This recipe is enjoyed by our family especially during the holidays for it has a special flavor like a banana split.
