Ingredients:
1 (2 lb.) package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 (18 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (16oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
2 cans Mandarin oranges, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
red and green Maraschino cherries, halves

Directions: Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Slice cookie dough and arrange on cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for about 20 to 30 minutes. Cream sugar and cream cheese together and spread on warm cookies, top with drained fruit and drizzle heated preserves over fruit. Chill and cut in squares to serve.
