Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
8 to 10 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 package dry onion soup mix
















Directions: Mix all ingredients. Form into 2 balls. Roll in toasted almonds. Serve with your favorite crackers.

Notes: Freezes well.
