Sweet Potato Souffle

Ingredients:
3 cups mashed sweet potatos
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup Milnot brand evaporated milk (not skim)
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup pecans, chopped










Directions: Souffle: Mix together sweet potatoes, white sugar, butter, vanilla, eggs and Milnot milk. Place in buttered casserole. Topping: Mix together brown sugar, flour, melted butter and pecans. Put on mashed potatoes. Bake at 350°F 30 to 45 minutes.
