Meat Balls

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1 egg
1 3/4 cups quick oats
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 3/4 cups ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1/4 cup onion
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder






Directions: Mix ground beef, egg, oats, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder, shape into balls. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, onion and garlic powder. Pour over meat balls, bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
