Angel Biscuits

Ingredients:
1 package yeast
2 tablespoons lukewarm water
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup shortening or margarine
1 cup buttermilk











Directions: Dissolve yeast in water. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add buttermilk, honey and yeast. Stir until flour is damp. Knead on floured board. Roll to 1/2 inch thick, cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400°F for 12 to 15 minutes. No rising is necessary. Dough may be refrigerated and used as needed for up to a week.
