Ingredients:
1 pound round steak, thinly slice
mustard
1 to 2 (large) dill pickle, thinly sliced
onion, thinly sliced
2 to 3 tablespoons butter

Directions: Spread meat with mustard. Place pickle and onion slices on meat. Roll and fasten with a toothpick. Brown in a large skillet in butter. Cover and simmer 45 to 50 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Notes: May use top sirloin or flank steak, cut on diagonal. Roll will be 1 to 1 1/2 inches wide.
