Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken fryer cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 farm fresh eggs
3 cups flour
paprika to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
5 cups frying oil












Directions: Cut of chicken, wash & dry thoroughly. Mix eggs with undiluted cream of chicken soup. Coat each piece of chicken with soup-egg mixture. Roll coated chicken in flour and lay out on platter to set for at least 5 minutes. Heat oil until hot and fry chicken in cast iron skillet. Make sure oil covers chicken while frying. Season to taste while frying.

Notes: This recipe gives a thick crunchy crust that can't be beat.
