1 (16 oz.) package coleslaw mix
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 (3 oz.) package oriental flavored Ramen noodles broken up
3/4 cup slivered almonds toasted
3/4 cup sunflower seed kernels
1 to 2 cups salad oil
1 to 3 cups cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions: Up to 1 hour before serving, combine coleslaw mix, green onion, Ramen noodles. (save seasoning packet for dressing) DO NOT COOK NOODLES! Add almonds, and sunflower seeds mix, cover and chill.
In a screw top jar combine oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasoning mix from package of noodles. Cover and shake. Chill. At serving time, shake dressing again, pour over salad and toss to coat.
