Oven Baked Round Steak

Ingredients:
2 pounds round steak
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper









Directions: Cut up round steak into serving size pieces and place in a 9x13 casserole dish. Combine sauce mixture and pour over round steak. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 2 hours.

Notes: While baking this makes your house smell wonderful. Yummy, enjoy!
