6 to 8 slices bacon
1 (small) onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn or 2 cups frozen
2 tsp flour
Directions: Chop bacon and brown, remove bacon from drippings, saving 2 tablespoons and saute onion. Add sour cream, flour and bacon, mixing well. Then
add corn, salt and pepper to taste and place in casserole in 350°F oven until bubbly (approximately 20 minutes).
