1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black peper
1/ 4 cup chopped onions
2 cups sliced squash
1/2 cup dry biscuit mix
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 (16 oz.) can cream syle corn
Directions: Beat eggs lightly with oil and seasonings. Stir in onions and squash. Mix together the biscuit mix, cheese and cream style corn. Stir into egg mixture and pour into greased and floured 2 quart casserole dish. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes: When I make this recipe I always double it because you don't have that 1/2 can of corn left over. The men in our family really like this!
