Bread Machine Calzones

Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 tablespoon yeast
1 (16 oz.) package thinly sliced ham
1 package sliced pepperoni
1 (8 oz.) package shredded mozzarella cheese










Directions: Dissolve yeast in warm water. Put flour, oil, salt, egg, and sugar in bread machine. Pour water/yeast mixture over top. Set bread machine on dough setting. When dough is ready, divide into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece to a 6 inch circle. Top with about 3 thin slices of ham, 4 slices of pepperoni, and 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese on one half of circle. Fold over other half of circle and seal with fingers. Place on greased cookie sheets, leaving enough space for them to rise some. Cover with a cloth and let rise for about 1 hour. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce, if desired.

Notes: These are also good frozen after baking. They sure come in handy for a quick meal or an after ballgame snack. I also love the handiness of the dough cycle on the bread machine.
