Ramen Salad

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
3/4 cups almonds, sliced
4 green onions
1/2 (medium) head cabbage
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 packet of Chicken Ramen noodles











Directions: Brown the sesame seeds with the almonds. Slice the green onions. Shred the cabbage. Combine onions, seeds, almonds and cabbage. Mix the sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and flavor packet from the Ramen noodles. Just before serving, crumble the Ramen noodles into the cabbage mix and pour the dressing over the top.
