Peanut Butter Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup shortening
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 2/3 cups Reese's peanut butter chips
1 1/2 cups oats
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt








Directions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter, shortening, brown sugar, milk, vanilla and egg until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients; mix until blended. Drop dough by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, 10 to 12 minutes for soft cookies or 12 to 14 minutes for crisp cookies. Remove from sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
